The massive sand dunes near Joaquina Beach are perfect for sandboarding and offer a fun adventure for all ages. Even if you don’t try sandboarding, the dunes provide a stunning view of the coast. Sandboards can be rented on-site. The views from the top are worth the hike, even without sandboarding.

Leith's most aesthetic vista and the home to many of the areas best eateries and cafes. On a sunny day, locals simply lounge around the Water of Leith with pints or impromptu picnics - partake in the summer day tradition and feel like a real Leither!

If you’re into nature, visiting Mount Vesuvius is a must. The views from the top are incredible, and there are little stalls along the way where you can grab a drink or a souvenir. The path to the crater was a bit steep, but the view of Naples and the Bay made it totally worth it. As we got higher, the landscape became more barren, and standing at the edge of the crater was surreal. Seeing the steam rise from inside gave us a real feeling of how powerful nature can be. It’s something you don’t forget easily.

This viewpoint offers an adventurous trek with rewarding panoramic views of the pristine Bottle Beach. The hike takes about 30-60 minutes and is quite steep, so be sure to bring plenty of water and wear appropriate footwear. The views are particularly beautiful in the morning or late afternoon when the light softens, casting a magical glow over the area. This hike an essential part of their Koh Phangan experience.
