This small village is a hidden gem in Emilia-Romagna, offering a true taste of medieval Italy. Brisighella is surrounded by rolling hills and olive groves, with colorful buildings. Walking through the village, we came across Via degli Asini, a unique covered street once used by donkeys to transport goods. One of our favorite spots was the Rocca Manfrediana, a fortress that overlooks the entire village. We made the climb up to the top, and the views were breathtaking—totally worth the effort. Overall, Brisighella isn’t just beautiful—it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and appreciate the simple things.
