Our visit to Vignarole at Azienda Agricola Bagalini in Fermo felt like stepping into a slice of authentic Italian countryside. The restaurant, part of a family-run farm, is all about farm-to-table dining, using ingredients straight from their land. We sat outdoors, surrounded by olive trees, with a beautiful view of the rolling hills. The menu was seasonal and simple, focusing on local specialties. The food felt hearty yet fresh, and the olive oil—produced right there on the farm—was one of the best we’ve ever tasted. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even more personal and memorable.
