Italy - Napoli
Rovine di Pompei
By @oasi.media
The ancient city of Pompeii is incredibly well-preserved, as you can still see houses, streets, and even frescoes on the walls. We wandered through the amphitheater, bathhouses, and villas, trying to imagine what life was like before the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. One of the most powerful parts was seeing the plaster casts of people caught in the ash. It’s haunting. The details in the ruins are amazing, and it’s one of those places that really sticks with you.
