The tour through Naples Underground took us through a maze of tunnels, caves, and old cisterns that have been used for everything from Greek and Roman aqueducts to World War II shelters. It’s cool and a bit damp down there, and it really gives you a different sense of the city’s history. It was fascinating to think about how many people have walked these same tunnels over the centuries. Definitely worth it—unless you’re claustrophobic!
