BUNA - La Tostadora

By @eat.walking

Buna is far more than just a café; it is a certified B-Corp and social enterprise dedicated to "Café Rico" that conserves Mexican ecosystems. This is their flagship roasting house located inside "La Laguna," a repurposed textile factory. It has a hidden, "speakeasy" feel where you must ring a bell to enter. Inside, it’s a massive, industrial-chic space where you can see the roasters, the lab, and even request a tour to learn about their conservation work.
