Expect 1h queue unless you have a reservation! Flavour 3/5 Guys. My expectations were high and came crashing down. The croissant was flavourless. The rest of the food was superb though esp the vanilla chantilly. Affordability 1/5 It's €50 for breakfast, for this price I would prefer to go to the Ritz. €4 just for the croissant if you decide to queue. Je ne sais quoi 3/5 I recommend booking, otherwise the queue is over an hour. The tea room upstairs is adorable, but small and stuffy.

Flavour: 3/5 The croissant LOOKED spectacular but tasted just regular Paris good. The huge choice of patisseries looked excellent though! Affordability: 5/5 €1.40 per croissant very much the average boulangerie price Je ne sais quoi: 5/5 This bakery is absolutely stunning. What do you mean painted ceilings?

Flavour: 5/5 These pâtisseries are incredible - visually but also the taste. And I had the charcoal croissant which was GORGEOUS. Well done to this team. Affordability: 2/5 Ok the patisseries are expensive, nearly €10 each. But the viennoiseries are a bit more affordable and everything is delicious: the place is absolutely worth a visit. Je ne sais quoi: 5/5 I loved it here. Visually stunning patisseries that are also delicious plus staff that are so kind. The space is small but there is a bit of seating outside.

Flavour 2/5 My heart was broken when I saw the croissant here, never mind when I tasted it. NOTHING like the original location by Place Vendome, I would avoid this one. Affordability 2/5 €4 is fine when the croissant is incredible, but not for this. Je ne sais quoi 2/5 Beautiful vibe, same as the other café near Place Vendome, but no seating options at all.

VEGAN BAKERY Flavour 4/5 - it's vegan - my expectations on the croissant were exceeded!! and the sandwiches are AMAZING Affordability 4/5 - €1.60 for the croissant Je ne sais quoi 5/5 - I love it here, great lunch vibe where you can sit in or grab and go, and I respect their mission to make delicious vegan pastries

Flavour: 4/5 The croissant is ok, but the pain au chocolat and chausson aux pommes are better! Affordability: 4/5 The prices are a little elevated compared to a regular bakery but I'd say it's worth it. Je ne sais quoi: 3/5 There's a big variety of choice, but the bakery is small and only fits a couple of people.

Flavour 5/5 - wow, I haven't had one that good in long time. buttery yes. flaky yes. the texture was absolutely perfect. yes yes yes. Affordability 5/5 - €1.40 Je ne sais quoi 4/5 - pretty cute decor and space to sit in, and lovely staff!

Flavour 2/5 - this was super heavy and dense sadly, one to avoid Affordability 4/5 - €1.50 at least it's not expensive Je ne sais quoi - 3/5 - some nice elements like the merch and decor, but not really worth the visit.

Flavour: 5/5 Made only with fruit sugar so it's glycemic index friendly, this is so so good. Affordability: 4/5 It's a little specialised so expect slightly higher prices, but the croissant is at €1.70 so not bad at all. Je ne sais quoi: 4/5 A really lovely vibe here, in a very beautiful neighbourhood. It's a little out of the way but worth a visit.

Gelateria: Home of the gelato croissant! Flavour: 4/5 The ice cream croissant is great. The gelato itself is so creamy and indulgent - and the croissant is actually enormous. Affordability: 4/5 €7,50 for the gelato croissant which could easily be shared between two people, I think it's not bad Je ne sais quoi: 4/5 I loved the croissant, the gelato flavours and the vibes, but I just wish this was outside so I could enjoy gelato in the sun!

Flavour 5/5 - jam doughnut meets croissant in the croissant bi gout. this is overflowing with jam so don't try to eat it as you walk, this baby needs you to take your time. Affordability 3/5 - €2.90 good value for this overachiever croissant Je ne sais quoi 3/5 - truly just a neighbourhood place, nothing would draw you here except good food

Flavour: 4/5 Surprisingly this is very tasty, not too sweet, and the croissant texture is just right! Affordability: 3/5 €5.50 for their special croissant which is super filling, so I think this is ok. Je ne sais quoi: 3/5 I wasn't sold. The concept is trending, sure, and the outside seating is cute if the weather is good. But there was no milk for coffee on the day I went (a Sunday) and everyone seems in a rush.

Flavour 3/5 - it's a good neighbourhood croissant, I just have very high standards now. They are more known for the cinnamon roll so try that! Affordability 5/5 - €1.30 for the croissant Je ne sais quoi - 4/5 - a nice vibe and a bit of place to sit and be cosy

Flavour 4/5 Strong butter flavour and a really good crunch on this one. Affordability 5/5 €1.30 the perfect neighbourhood boulangerie price Je ne sais quoi 5/5 The decor is unbelievable. The floral front is up all year round, but I went at Christmas and it is even more magical. Great variety of snacks too!

Flavour: 5/5 An unbelievable croissant and many beautiful and delicious treats in this patisserie! Affordability: 4/5 €1.80 is a little on the pricier side, but very much within the normal range, and for this quality that's a great price Je ne sais quoi: 5/5 A pâtisserie with a lot of choice of beautiful desserts. I tried the croissant which was magnificent and I also loved their pamplemousse sablés (grapefruit shortbread)

Flavour: 5/5 I had an unbelievable madeleine with pistachio and orange blossom, I can't wait to try everything else. Affordability: 5/5 My madeleine was €3.50 which for the flavour is great value Je ne sais quoi: 4/5 This is a cute little store, very beautiful neighbourhood, just not much to do around.

Flavour 5/5 I was excited because it's been a while since I've had a croissant SO good. The gorgeous shape and colour are a true reflection of the buttery flavour and perfect layered texture. Affordability 5/5 Very affordable boulangerie prices, the croissant at €1.45 Je ne sais quoi 4/5 I love the pop of colour of this bakery especially on a grey day, and the staff are so kind and patient, always explaining the new recipes (and there are delicious seasonal recipes)

Flavour: 5/5 Wow. I picked up a fantastic olive bread from here, AND a brioche au chocolat that blew my mind, delicious dark chocolate inside. Affordability: 4/5 Everything is artisanal and very high quality, so it is worth the slightly elevated price, I paid €8 for both bread and brioche. Je ne sais quoi: 3/5 Hidden away, in the 20e, on a street that doesn't have much else, but a cute little spot with an open kitchen!

Flavour 5/5 - grab one early because they run out, these are so good Affordability 3/5 - €2.30 Je ne sais quoi - 4/5 - cosy vibes to sit in and even brunch

Flavour: 5/5 An excellent croissant, truly, and so so many other creative options. Affordability: 3/5 €2.40 for a croissant, even in the 16eme is a bit steep. But for the great location and super friendly staff it's ok! Je ne sais quoi: 5/5 Super cute decor, really only a few steps from the amazing views of the Eiffel Tower at Trocadero.

Flavour: 4/5 The croissant was average but actually the range of breads, sweet and savoury bites was amazing. Affordability: 5/5 €1.5 is normal Je ne sais quoi: 5/5 A cosy space to sit in and have a snack or coffee, very enjoyable. Also lots of savoury options which I loved!

Flavour 3/5 - pretty good, fluffy pastry! But they'd run out of croissants - I admit I had to substitute a pain au chocolat! Affordability 4/5 - €1.50 which is good especially for this neighbourhood Je ne sais quoi - 3/5 - a clean and pretty neighbourhood bakery

Flavour 5/5 - one of my absolute favourites, the perfect combination of light and buttery, flaky and stretchy Affordability 5/5 - €1.40 Je ne sais quoi - 5/5 - there is no space to sit in, but it is SO beautiful, the bakery is covered in gorgeous antique tiles with baguettes and croissants on them

Flavour 5/5 - you come here for the filled croissants, this is a huge dessert, not a simple snack. but they are incredible. Affordability 4/5 - €10 for a croissant and a coffee, that to be honest can easily be shared between two Je ne sais quoi 4/5 - definitely worth a visit - cute vibes all around, a very instagrammable spot and food, also tastes amazing

Flavour 4/5 Excellent crisp on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. Affordability 5/5 A very good croissant price for quite a fancy patisserie, at €1.50. The patisseries were around €8 each, and absolutely worth it. Je ne sais quoi 5/5 Gorgeous place with beautiful seasonal decorations. The patisseries are almost too beautiful to eat.

Flavour: 5/5 Oh my!! The classic croissant is AMAZING but you have to try the black croissant made with sesame, I am obsesseddddd Affordability: 5/5 Great value! Classic croissant at €1.50 and lots of delicious treats very reasonably priced too. Je ne sais quoi: 4/5 A little tight on space, but very cosy and really friendly team.

Flavour 3/5 - the outside was a bit dry. the inside tasted great, like it would be fantastic with ham and cheese, definitely more savoury than sweet Affordability 5/5 - €1.35 for the croissant Je ne sais quoi 3/5 - no frills, very chill. some cute options to get flan and other patisserie

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM CROISSANT Flavour 4/5 - Maybe it cheats. But it's flaky, with a delicious crème patisserie and strawberries and I don't know how you could go wrong. Definitely tastes more millefeuille than croissant. Affordability 3/5 - €4.50 for a very very filling snack Je ne sais quoi 3/5 - pretty fun vibe, creative pastries, a nice place to work as it's quiet.

Flavour 5/5 - so fluffy and soft, one of the best I've had Affordability 5/5 - €1.30 for the croissant, excellent value for money especially in this part of town Je ne sais quoi - 4/5 - very cosy area to sit in, lots of pastries to try! Only downside is they often run out of milk if that's what you take in your coffee...
