Our favorite spot was the Ubirr Art Site, an easy 1.5 km walk leading to mesmerizing rock art and panoramic views that left us speechless. We were fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of some crocodiles at Cahill Crossing too! Even though a few spots like Jim Jim and Twin Falls were closed during our visit, the free guided tours more than made up for it. The indigenous rangers shared so much wisdom and history about the land, making it feel like a true privilege to be there. If you can, spend a few days here. There's so much to take in—from the wildlife to the breathtaking views and hikes to hidden swimming holes. Bring all the essentials since it’s pretty remote, but that isolation is what makes it feel like such an untouched paradise.
