Sgrano in Florence turned out to be a real gem, especially for gluten-free food lovers. Located near the city center, their menu is fully gluten-free, and they’ve mastered the art of it. We went for the gluten-free schiacciata—an Italian flatbread sandwich filled with fresh ingredients—and it was delicious. The pizza was just as good, with a crispy base that tasted as authentic as any traditional dough. We also tried their gnocchi and were impressed by how light and flavorful it was, even without gluten. The staff were friendly, making sure we had everything we needed.
Rumah Makan Kedaton
This restaurant was recommended by a local who promised us the best Balinese home-cooked meal we could find, and they were spot on. The rich spices and tender meats tasted like they had been slow-cooked with love, just like a home kitchen would. The sambal is no joke—spicy and addictive. It’s one of those places where you walk out feeling like you’ve just had a family meal.
Mandala Society
The Mandala Society is a nice rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy a healthy meal. They serve mostly vegan dishes and staff is super friendly. The sweet potato wedges are delicious and you should try the vegan Buddha bowl. A little pricey, but totally worth it.

Located in L’Eixample, LET'S SEAT 来座 not only stands out for its ice creams and drinks but also boasts an incredible and super affordable food menu! 💰 ✨ My recommendations include the mint coffee (to try something different 👌🏼), the beef rice with poached egg, the breaded chicken with salad, and, of course, the matcha Kakigori.
