Visiting the Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho is an awe-inspiring experience. This massive statue, stretching 46 meters long and covered in gold leaf is so big it looks like the temple was built around it. I loved exploring the temple grounds, which are full of beautiful architecture and serene spaces. A particularly memorable moment was dropping coins into the 108 bronze bowls for good luck, a tradition that added a special touch to our visit. The temple is located near the Grand Palace, which means it doesn’t get as many tourists as other temples and is less crowded. I recommend going early to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
