Juta is a village in the mountains and the nearby valley is a great place to go hiking. If you don't have a car then you will need to pre-book a shared transfer from Stepantsminda to reach Juta, or a more expensive alternative is to go by taxi.

One of the largest and most significant squares in Riga's Old Town. Surrounded by historic buildings, cafes, and shops, it serves as a central gathering place. The square is dominated by the Riga Cathedral (Dome Cathedral), a landmark known for its impressive organ and Gothic architecture. Street performers and events often enliven the area, making it the best spot to experience the city's culture.

Deep and winding river canyon, about 2 million years old. Walking path and panoramic views, moss covered cliffs, otherworldly. The river looks painted by nature, green walls and blue water, raw and beautiful. Parking is paid, 1086 ISK, there are toilets, and it is absolutely worth the stop, worthy every step. 🏞️

The classic and busy view point of all the locations I’ve been in Iceland. But it’s a really photogenic the landscape perspective is the best in my option. Lómagnúpur is an impressive lump of rock right by the road between Vík and the glacier lagoon. You drive so close to it, scale hits hard, dark cliffs and green slopes, raw and incredible. If the weather is clear this quick stop is a must. 🗻

A canyon created by progressive erosion by flowing water from glaciers. There’s multiple places to stop along the route. The farther you go, the more you see. Yeah, it’s absolutely epic. There are multiple waterfalls and birds flying everywhere in the canyon. There aren’t very many people up there either.

Breathtaking spot, beautiful rock arch and high cliffs, you can see it from above and from below. In summer this is where to see puffins in Iceland, wind strong on the top, sea and black sand in one frame, raw and incredible. Parking is small and the lighthouse area gets busy, but the wait is not too long. 🐧

The Zócalo is the main square of Mexico City and the second biggest after the Tianamen Square from Pekin.
