A salt flat you can walk out on for miles in the valley. If you are lucky it could also be filled with water, but it was dried up when we went.

A look out point and small walk if you want it to be! We explored the dunes in search of some cool photo spots ands its well worth playing around in the sand for a bit!

Tunnel log is only accessible by car in the summer months, so the rest of the year it is a fun 4 mile trail. We mad it a loop by taking the road to tunnel log and then the forest trail back to the visitors center!

A 4 mile out and back trail & great place to stop for a packed lunch. When you think of sequoia, you usually think of the towering trees, but this is a different area of the park with views of the rolling hills!!

A quick stop off to see the falls & break up your drive! We even saw a couple be married here on our trip.

A marble canyon with a crystal-clear river running through it. Cave exploration by headlamp, tubing, zip-lining through the jungle canopy. Halfway between Medellín and Bogotá. Full Indiana Jones vibes.

Chocó Pacific jungle coast. Whale watching July through October, empty black sand beaches, zero infrastructure. Only reachable by boat or tiny prop plane. This is raw, untouched Colombia at its most wild.

Bogotá 3,152 meters above the city. Hike up or take the cable car. Panoramic views of Bogotá stretching endlessly to the horizon. Go on a clear morning and you'll understand why people live here.

Santander Second-largest canyon in the world. Cable car across it, paragliding over it, or hike from the bottom in brutal heat. The views are absolutely insane and almost nobody outside Colombia knows about it.

Jungle meets Caribbean beaches. Sleep in hammocks at Cabo San Juan, hike to hidden coves, spot monkeys overhead. Colombia's most iconic national park and it earns every bit of that title.
