Iceland - Reykjavík
Skólavörðustígur Rainbow Street
By @thebritishexplorer
A colourful street in downtown Reykjavík that leads straight to Hallgrímskirkja. Painted for Reykjavík Pride and now a year round symbol of inclusivity in the city. Shops, galleries and cafés line the walk. 🌈☕️
Address: Skólavörðustígur 101, 101 Reykjavík, Iceland
Why go
It is a vibrant photo spot with the church as a backdrop and a good place to browse local stores.
Vibe
Vibrant. Artistic.
Tips
I recommend a walk up to the church, stopping for coffee and small boutiques along the way.
